After importing a picture it covers over some of my text.  How can I get my text to show over the top of the picture?

Click the frame around the text so that the whole frame is highlighted then click the icon at the top of the screen to ‘bring forward’ the highlighted object.   Or click Arrange then click Bring to front.

I don’t understand how anchors work, can you explain?

Some websites have music playing when you load a page.  Can I do this with Serif?

Yes.  Right click into a blank part of the page and select Page Properties from the pop-up menu.  Click the Background tab and tick the box to use sound file.  Browse the file from your computer folders.  Every time the page is viewed the file will play.  Be aware of copyright and royalty rights.
