Web designing made easy...

Is divided into two courses.  A one-day introduction to website construction for anyone who may be uncertain about having a go for themselves and a two-day developer course going deeper into the principal functions of a website, from basic text entry to adding on-line shopping.  And much more in between.

Both courses are classroom style and conducted in a simple manner at a gentle pace that leaves no-one behind.  

If dipping the toe in the water is all you want to do for now then our one-day introduction course is perfect for you.  See for yourself just how easy it is to put boxes or shapes onto a blank screen; change their colours; add text; create links to other pages, websites and email addresses; add pictures; move things around.  Learn the difference between ‘open screen’ design and ‘content management systems (we don’t use content management systems, so find out why).  Begin to understand hyperlinks, hotspots and anchors.  Finish the day confident in the knowledge that web designing made easy is exactly that.

If just dipping the toe is not enough and you would prefer to dive right in then our two-day development course will really have you creating.  Starting from basics and assuming no knowledge, you will be guided step by step through the principles of simple design, examining on the way the benefits of using a variety of techniques to achieve some stunning effects.  At the end of this course you will be given your own licensed version of the web creation software that we use on our courses plus a comprehensive resource guide/user manual so that you can start designing as soon as you get home or back to your office.
